A simple lunch at Saboga in Food Louver Food Court.. Food Louver is a nice and comfy foodcourt located in 3rd floor in Grand Indonesia Mall.. I can say this is the most comfortable food court in Jakarta, I love the ambiance here (sorry I don't have the photo of it).. But when come to the food, Food Louver is less various than other food courts in Jakarta..
One of my favorite stall here is Saboga ' Raja Baso Tahu', which from Bandung.. They serve siomay - steam fish dumpling, baso - meatball, batagor - fried meatball and tofu, and bakwan - fried dumpling in their open kitchen stall which allow the customer choose what they want.. It can be served with peanut sauce or soup as u like.. But usually, siomay and batagor go with peanut sauce, meatball and tofu serve with the soup, and bakwan can be both.. They also served Bandung-style noodle which is called Yamien..
E ordered Yamien Special (20.5K), is a sweet version of Indonesian noodle served with ground chicken, fried wonton and beef meatballs..
A chewy texture noodle with a sweet soy sauce.. The sauce was really mixed well with the noodle, so tasty..
And he also ordered Fish Batagor (6K), Chicken Mushroom Siomay (5.5K), and Shrimp Ball (5.5K) on soup served with veggies.. It was nice and not fishy at all..
Saboga seems to be a tasty and wise choice for lunch, dinner, or just for a snacks.. They have several outlets spread around Jakarta. You can find it in Plaza Senayan, Senayan City, Emporium Pluit, La Codefin Kemang, Mall of Indonesia that's all I know so far..
